[December 18th] Making Kimch Event at 2PM

Hello everyone,
Please take this E-mail as a kind notice for international student.
As one of kit annual winter event, we will hold ‘Making Kimchi Event’ on below date and place.
Date : December 18th (Monday), from 2PM till 4PM (it might be finished before 4PM)
Place : 1st floor of student building (학생회관 1층)
Benefit : one pack of Kimch
Please don’t miss the chance making Kimchi with kit students and faculty members.
You need to fill out application form to participate this event though.
Please fill out attached application, and send scanned copy to my E-mail by tomorrow (December 15th) 2PM.
I highly recommend you to be punctual for the event (by 1:50) on December 18th as you might need some time to put on apron for the cooking J
